Pi Workout!

It is March 14th…or Pi Day for all you mathletes out there.  3.14 is a number that still haunts me from my days as a 7th grade honor student.  In honor of this math lover’s day, let’s make a workout inspired from the number 3.14.

Go for a 3:14 warm up jog
14 jumping jacks
14 body weight squats
14 sit ups
14 burpees
14 lunges
14 of box jumps
14 calf raises
14 bicycles (14 each leg)
14 toe touches on your back (14 each leg)

Repeat 3 times
